- Cabinetry construction shall be of 45 lb. density cabinet grade fiberboard with melamine fused exterior surface. Screw holding force is 371 lbs. with a modulus of elasticity of 450,000 lb. per square inch and a modulus of rupture at 280,000 lb. per square inch.
- All exposed exterior vertical surfaces of casework shall be finished with GP28 V-32 vertical grade high pressure plastic laminate. Colors shall be selected from the current year Wilsonart or Formica standard laminate samples. Back surface of door and drawer fronts to be finished with V-32 grade laminate.
- All edges of door and drawer fronts finished with 3 mm PVC edging. PVC edging is solid high impact, purified, thru color and acid resistant. Edging machine applied with hot melt adhesive with all external edges and outside corners profiled to 1/8" radius for safety.
- Countertop surface shall be GP50 .050 thickness high pressure plastic laminate applied to water resistant marine grade mahogany plywood. Plywood is resistant to swelling and separation.
- All hinges shall be Blum full overlay hinges. Hinges can be adjusted for vertical and horizontal adjustment. All hinges can be quickly disconnected and are self closing. Hinge hardware has a "lifetime" warranty from Blum Hardware.
- All drawers shall be Blum 'Metabox' epoxy coated steel integral side style. Steel drawer sides are rolled and shaped for self closing action, and include flanges on bottom and back to support 1/2" thick melamine drawer bottom and back. Sides are to bear nylon roller style sides mounted to cabinet sides. Steel front fixing brackets allow for vertical and horizontal adjustment of drawer fronts. Drawer hardware has a "lifetime" warranty from Blum Hardware.
- Door and drawer pulls to be 96 mm wire style nylon or brushed aluminum. They shall be resistant to staining and chemical reaction.
- All base cabinets shall be capable of being leveled from inside the cabinet on the jobsite. All leveling legs to be applied to a hard wood block.
- All sinks shall be 20 gauge self rimming stainless steel with Delta A101 single faucet, brass construction with chrome plated finish.
- Integrated Laminate Systems established in 1983 manufacturers dental cabinetry exclusively and offer nationwide distribution.
- Cabinetry and countertop to have a two year warranty with the exception of "lifetime" warranty on all hardware components. Sink and faucet warranties supplied by the manufacturer.
